Payment terms are C.O.D by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash or cheque.

All products are subject to GST & PST.

All products delivered must have a complete destination address with signature on invoice or purchase orders.

Product becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser once it has been loaded onto their vehicle or off-loaded from our delivery vehicle at their location and is non-returnable & non-refundable.

Please confirm product availability and lead-time for delivery.

OUR YARD IS DANGEROUS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS TO ENSURE THEIR CHILDS SAFETY AT ALL TIMES.

SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN FOR EVERYONE!

PRODUCT & DILIVERY TERMS

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for holding product orders within our yard.

Delivery Pricing is from the OTTERVILLE YARD.

Delivery pricing for shipped direct (from the source) orders on flat beds, dumptrucks, dump trailers & roll offs are available, please request a quote.

Comfirm delivery pricing on all orders.

On full-loads (flat beds) 2hrs is given to off-load the truck. After 2hrs a 45.00/hr rate will be applicable.

Dumptrucks dump trailers, roll off bins - 1hr is given, and a 100.00/hr rate will be applicable.

It is the customer responsibility to have adequate equipment to off-load the truck and ensure site access.

Absolutely no slings allowed off-loading stone.

Decrotive Landscape Stone is not responsible for damages beyond the curb. All vehicles are loaded at the customers risk - remember, accidents happen.
